From February 13–15, 2026, member institutions of the Somali Research and Education Network (SomaliREN) gathered for their highly anticipated annual meeting to chart a course for academic excellence and digital transformation.
Kismayo University was proudly represented at the forum by a senior delegation led by the University President, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdi Adam, and the Head of International Relations, Mr. Bashir Mohamed Hashi.
