Kismayo University successfully organized a significant academic forum, featuring Abdirahman Abdi Shakur Warsame, a prominent Somali politician and one of the country’s leading political thinkers.

The lecture was titled “The Overlooked Generation and the Direction of National Politics.” It provided an in-depth analysis of the role of the younger generation, the current and future trajectory of Somalia’s politics, and the challenges hindering youth participation in national decision-making processes.

The event was held in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere and was attended by members of the Kismayo community, intellectuals, and students of Kismayo University. The strong turnout reflected the public’s growing interest in academic dialogue and constructive discussions about the country’s future.
